Multi-Tiered Engagement Strategy
A successful Powell Valley Healthcare strategic plan requires authentic input from all stakeholder groups. These three survey instruments are designed to be distributed 6–8 weeks before the strategic planning retreat. Results should be synthesized into a briefing packet and presented on the first evening of the retreat to ground the SWOT analysis in real data rather than assumptions.
